I have just used the filter for the purpose of covering needed properties in the screenshot.
How are you enabling and disabling the button? If you are able to talk to one of your developers you might ask them what happens programmatically when you enable/disable that button. In my testing I've come across a couple buttons where for whatever reason the developer changed different properties instead of the enabled property. For instance one button they changed the visibility instead, and on another they left it enabled for whatever reason but had the attached event handler do nothing.

It is not just not about Enabled property. Test Complete is not able to get the actual Label value ,wndCaption and Class name etc.
I tried to spy same object in few other spying tools to cross check, I also used Spy++ tool and I have attached the details I got.
The same object when spied in TestComplete shows "Label3":
Can I know to get actual property values what should I do in test Complete?
Note: Its happening only in 1 button in the window. Other buttons are fine.
I've never ran into an issue like that. Might want to open a support ticket and see if someone technical at Smartbear can reproduce the issue.
