During the conversation with @nsalomatin, our Support team identified some issues with the Environment usage. Let me quote one of the latest answers here:

If you want to automate the tests in your project, right-click on the project, TestSuite or TestCase (depending at what level you want to automate) and then click on "Launch TestRunner." You will get a screen where you can configure some preferences like Reports-specific, properties, Environments, etc. One of the main things to configure in this window is the TestRunner Path which is required. Make sure that you push in the SoapUI PRO home folder bin directory here or it will not work. After everything is set you can click on "Launch" and the tests will run. You can copy the "command: cmd.exe" field and save this as a batch file which you can then scheduled to run with the software of your choice.

I don't have enough time that to look for why this problem has occured.
But I tried to set TestRunner Path from UI window, and it doesn't help me.
I still don't know how to resolve this problem.
