Re: Zephyr Scale Test [Case|Execution|Cycle] Events -> ScriptRunner Listener -> Jira Cloud
I have confirmed both through testing and through correspondence with Adaptavist, maker of ScriptRunner, that Listeners are not available for Zephyr Scale events in Jira Cloud, even though it is supported in Jira Server / Data Center. I have submitted a Suggestion to their team to add this functionality to their Jira Cloud offering athttps://scriptrunner-for-jira-cloud.nolt.io/32. Please vote for it if you also want this feature.706Views1like0CommentsZephyr Scale Test [Case|Execution|Cycle] Events -> ScriptRunner Listener -> Jira Cloud
Hi, The Zephyr Scale Server/DC Docs have instructions on how to set up a listener for Zephyr Scale Test Case|Execution|Cycle events, using Adaptavist's ScriptRunner for Jira, at https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-server/docs/test-automation/integrations/creating-listeners-in-scriptrunner-for-events.html. Unfortunately, the same instructions are not included in the Zephyr Scale Cloud documentation athttps://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-cloud/docs/test-automation/test-automation-overview.html. Is it possible to configure ScriptRunner to listen for Zephyr Scale events in Jira Cloud? Thanks!Solved751Views0likes1CommentZephyr Scale for Jira Cloud only "Partially" supports Traceability
According to theZephyr Scale Features - Server/Data Center vs Cloud comparison athttps://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-server/docs/features.html,Cloud "Partially" supportsTraceabilitywith Issues, Confluence pages, Web Links, and Test Cycles / Plans / Cases. Is there a page that goes into details on what is partially supported for traceability in Cloud? My team is currently evaluating Scale on DC, but we may be moving to Cloud, and this will factor into our decision. Resolved my issue. Turns out that Zephyr Scale had not been properly activated for a Project. Setting up Jira in Docker, the initial admin account was a Jira Administrator. I had to enable Jira System Administrator permissions in Settings > Global Permissions to my account. Once I did that, I was able to activate Zephyr Scale for my Project, and was no longer getting the invalid credentials error in the Jenkins configuration pane for Zephyr Scale.1.2KViews1like0Comments
