Re: Test Case iterations
Hey googleid_114550 This is possible indeed. You don't need to create multiple test cases. Please have a look at this other post here in the community and see if it makes it clearer how you could leverage Parameters and Test Data in Zephyr Scale to accomplish it: https://community.smartbear.com/t5/Zephyr-Scale-formerly-TM4J/How-can-I-use-the-parameter-function-in-Zephyr-scale-for/m-p/213617 I hope it is helpful!1.5KViews0likes1CommentRe: Is Zephyr-Scale service down?

Hey rwtam As far as I know, this is an issue with Firefox >= 87 and is fixed on the latest Zephyr Scale Server/DC release. Could you please upgrade and confirm if that's fixed, please? If you can't upgrade right now, the workaround is to use another browser. Sorry for the disruption!1.2KViews0likes2CommentsRe: timer lag
Hey chrishorton I'm afraid this is a bug indeed. I would suggest you report it to our support portal, so you can be notified when it is fixed. Cloud: https://smartbear.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/42 Server/DC: https://smartbear.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/43 Hope it helps, and we are sorry for any issues that it might have caused.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: [Inside Zephyr] Learn How Zephyr Scale is Developed from a Senior Developer
Hey MisterB, This is absolutely incredible and valuable feedback, thanks for sharing first of all! I will do my best to share these ideas with the product team, I can see great value in them. Zephyr Scale is historically very customer-oriented, and we do our best to bring these ideas to life, but we also need to prioritize them based on how an idea gets traction from other customers, as well, so we don't end up introducing changes that are helpful for a specific use-case. With that in mind, we have our ideas portals: Cloud: https://zephyr-scale-cloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas Server/DC: https://zephyr-scale-server-dc.ideas.aha.io/ideas There you can post an idea, and so other people can vote on them, and help them get prioritized. It would be awesome if you could share them there as well and maybe split them into different "ideas". For example, the `health monitor` idea, which could become a new area in the app, or even a report, as you said. They could even send notifications from time to time, right? Would be awesome. Also, the way you're using the Test Cycle description as a workaround to better report the status of each one might provide some nice insights about new features. Feel free to share more here or in the ideas portal. Also if any of them seem like a bug to you, we can help to clarify them here, or via our support channels which have a faster SLA. Once more, we really appreciate your time in sharing these ideas with us. Very insightful. Thanks, Felipe.1.6KViews1like0CommentsRe: [Inside Zephyr] Learn How Zephyr Scale is Developed from a Senior Developer
Hey MisterB thanks for the feedback, really valuable! As a developer, I can't provide any guarantees, but I hope we can get to work soon on the page where you can see an overview of a single Test Cycle. Would you mind sharing some ideas about this page for missing things or for improvements to the existing ones? Thanks for sharing, have a nice week 🙂1.8KViews2likes4CommentsRe: More API functions for Jira Server?
Hey SahnAlbert Was having a look at your question and from this list, these are my findings: get_sections API for folders is not available get_cases GET /testcase/search (each test case contains the folder path) get_run GET /testrun/{testRunKey} add_run POST /testrun get_tests potentially GET /testrun/search add_result POST /testrun/{testRunKey}/testcase/{testCaseKey}/testresult get_users (not really needed) available via Jira REST API https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/8.5.12/#api/2/user For the folders API and other missing features, would be nice if you could submit it to Zephyr Scale ideas portal: https://zephyr-scale-cloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas I hope it's helpful!1KViews1like0Comments
