The following gadgets on Dashboard do not allow us to report on a specific cycle and this is required to allow for better reporting to senior stakeholders. This is not consistent with other gadgets available. Daily Pulse Gadget—We can select Release, but we'd like to filter progress against specific cycles. Can you add a cycle filter? 2. Overall Defects Gadget—We can select Release, but we'd like to filter progress against specific cycles. Do you have the ability to add a cycle filter? 3. Traceability Gadget - we can select Release and Requirements, but we'd like to filter progress against specific cycles. Do you have the ability to add a cycle filter because we see issues with totals, i.e., executions across multiple cycles 4. Test Automation Gadget - we can select Release, but we'd like to filter progress against specific cycles. Do you have the ability to add a cycle filter because this shows reporting in Planning and not just Repository? 5. One of the KPIs for QA teams' success is Defect Leakage (i.e. What percentage of defects reach production envs vs. are discovered in lower envs). I'm surprise this isn't already a feature of Zephyr to be honest. We would need some field to specify environment while creating defects in Zephyr, and an associated dashboard or report for QA managers to review. As a manager/executive working with a product composed of multiple teams each using a separate project in Zephyr for their testing needs, I need the ability to select multiple projects for all gadgets (at least all test execution metrics gadgets) so that I can create an overall report at this 'Multi-Project/Product' level. If user wants to generate the Execution Backlog report with Zephyr tag filter criteria user, user can only select one project with one release at once. So it would be tedious process for user to generate multiple projects. ZENT-I-46Defect Details Report
There should be a report that could show the defect link to a chosen cycle and Phase with a 2-dimensional customizable table we need to create a separate defect management dashboard in jira and we cannot show the test case linkage to the defect smoothly we need better traceability of the test cycle, test phase, and defect.
