Method to display first or highlight my comments in a review
A colleague requested the ability to highlight or display their comments first (the column) when viewing review material at the highest level. This shows the list of files, and user names with message icons and line numbers for comments. I haven't found a way to adjust the order or highlight my column as a user. We're using Collaborator Enterprise version 11.5.x, so I'd like to know if this exists in any 12.x versions. Thanks!498Views0likes0CommentsMy team needs the ability to add a custom template field to a defect report
My team needs the ability to add a custom template field to a defect report. The options that's been suggested to me by SmartBear support was that a custom SQL report would meet this need. Adding the option to do this within Collaborator would be a big improvement. In my case, I only need 1 custom field from the template to be able to filter the defect list as needed.1.6KViews0likes0Comments- 3.2KViews0likes0Comments
Re: Show state as "Waiting (was approved)" or similar
I'm on board with this, I've had numerous occasions where reviews were re-opened because someone was looking at a closed review as an example and accidentally clicked on something. Does Collaborator have any "history" that lists when reviewers have clicked approved, or what caused a review to be reopened?3.9KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Multiple Checklist for One Template
I agree with this suggestion. We have moved away from using checklists because of this limitation, as different review types require different checklists. We don't want to have 4 templates, when the only difference is the checklist content. I've experimented with including all review type checklist content, but that gets hard to follow and our users didn't read it because of so much content.3.4KViews0likes0CommentsMatlab Simulink Model Support
One Collaborator feature that would be useful for my team at Deere is support for Simulink models. My only current option is printing to PDF, which can work but has its limitations and takes extra steps to create. I'm told this isn't currently supported. I think this would be a valuable feature to support industry-wide, as more teams utilize models for simulation and code generation.1.5KViews0likes2Comments
