1. Have you installed and configured the CodeCollaborator GUI client? Yes. It is installed and configurated correctly. I can open the GUI and submit the svn diff. 2. Is the CodeCollaborator client installation directory in your PATH? Yes. It is. 3. Was the Print to Review driver installed using an administrator account in Windows 7? Yes. It is. Print to Review for Doc Review cannot work on Windows 7. When click Print -> Print to Review, the CC Client is shown but no further response. On windows XP, it is OK to add the doc into review. Could you please investigate it?9.6KViews0likes3CommentsFailed to install client on linux
I got the error as below: ============================================== ./ccollab_client_6_0_6013_unix.sh gunzip: sfx_archive.tar.gz: not in gzip format I am sorry, but the installer file seems to be corrupted. If you downloaded that file please try it again. If you transfer that file with ftp please make sure that you are using binary mode. ============================================== After I downloaded the .sh several times, I still encountered the same issue.
