Executing test steps in bulk

Hello, I have this type of problem. We are having test cases with Test steps to be changed from 'Unexecuted' to 'Pass' and we would like to do it in bulk. Is there any special permission that I need...

    I agree with Jaugust. I have just manually updated a hundred or so tests to pass as the tests were executed elsewhere. How tedious is that? The tools button is greyed out on the STE page - how tp enable it?
