There are others here with more experience in this, but I can give you some pointers...
Generate an API token here and use that in Postman for accessing API calls:
Documentation depending which version of Scale you have:
Cloud API documentation: Zephyr Scale for Jira Cloud API (smartbear.com)
Server API documentation: Zephyr Scale Server API (v1)
