Export test cases doesn't work

Hello, I need to export test cases to transfer it to another Jira project, but export doesn't work.

I try many times, but only one time export succeeded and create atm-exporter.xml.

I work on MacBook Pro and try Export in Safari and Chrome. I try all types of export files, but doesn't work.

What can I do yet?

    Hi VOMI ,

     

    I'm assuming you're using Cloud? Because on Server you could just import test cases directly from one project to another.

     

    If you are on Server, do you use the call-to-test feature by any chance? Might be you've run into a known bug with the parameters in ZS.
