Folder missing in Test Repository while drag dropping

While dragging and dropping the folder, one of our folders misplaced in test repository and we are not able to search it again. We tried to search by test case name and test cases are still available, and when we take the extract of these, folder seems to be available in hierarchy column and placed in a specific location, but when we navigate to this location manually, we are not able to see anything. Nothing is deleted since we don't have delete rights. It would be great if someone can help here.
