AQA's ppl should come here more often to answer the user's questions.. I lodged my issue for 3 days but nobody can really help me..



where the hell they were doing?




if they really wanna sell their product, definitely they should do a better support...

    Messages posted on forums have the lowest priority in our database. The highest priority is given to messages sent via our Contact Support form (http://www.automatedqa.com/support/message) by registered customers who specify their Customer ID and have an active Maintenance Subscription. Obviously, our response time also depends on the current workload and the complexity of the question.
