tescomplete can't see the application after changeing the windows

Hi

After i change the windows7 to windows server 2016  TestComplete11 doesn't see anything in my application. 

I have an option selected 

Testcomplete >> tools>> current project properties>> open aplication >> process filter>>use all processes

that I found i another topic but it can't help me.

For exaple how the object spy see the ribbon menu in my application in:
Windows 7
NameMapping.Sys.Process('NMultiLoader').WinFormsObject('MainForm').WinFormsObject('mainRibbon')

Now
Aliases.NMultiLoader.Window('WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.1569a64_r9_ad1', 'ver. 2018.1 [LSI]', 1).Window('WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.1569a64_r9_ad1', '', 2).

I have no idea what should I do to find the solution
