My Desktop Application is developed using Custom Libraries (C-Win Canvas) I tried spying the objects, was able to get few objects rest all were appearing as coordinates, please let me know is there a way to automate this application using testcomplete.

To give an exact answer to your question, have to do an investigation on your application.
So you have to do it your self...........
But this and this may help full.
Usually what I do is use native methods and properties in custom controls.
Your developers can contribute a lot to identify those to you and your application should be an open application
If nothing helps....get the x,y position of the parent object that could spy on.
