TestComplete integration with Tortoise SVN

Hi There,

After creating the full steps for the mobile application I' m working on , I have to commit/ update our work through Tortoise SVN, after finishing this step, and try to run the test again, an error will show that the Name mapping object is having an issue .Then I found that The project suite should be binded with SVN inside testcomplete so I did the integration Steps  mentioned in the follwing link :

but unfortunately I got an error message in the last step as attached ,it's not clear what is the exact error
