TC unable to launch Instrumented app, shows a blank screen

I need to test a xamarin based iOS application using TC.I have followed all the steps to configure my iOS app with Test complete. App is instrumented successfully but when I try to launch it I get waiting hour glass and blank screen. Tc is certainly trying to load the application on ipad device as I get popup for different permission(e.g. allow to access camera..etc) but application does not get loaded.

Can someone please help me to resolve this.
