FATAL ERROR

Hello Team,

 

I am trying to install the Test complete version 12.42 in VM machine and getting the below error .

 

The error report was created via a call to the ShowFatalErrorWithMessage function. Message: A fatal error occurred while initializing the product.
Report number in session: 1
Session start time: 04/27/2021 04:02:37 PM
Session duration: 00:00:00
Product name: TestComplete
Product version: 12

 

Details:

Windows Server 2019 Standard Server Version
Version 10.0 Build 17763
OS is Win64, Process is WOW64

 

Request you to help me as it's preventing me to proceed with the automation.

    Provide all the details you mentioned here.

     

    In addition to this, please generate and provide an RG report from the machine in the support case. An RG report helps us know how the modules are behaving on the machine when the error occurs. To do this:
    1) Run the Report Generator tool located in <TestComplete>\x64\Bin\ReportGenerator.exe (for the 64-bit tool version) or <TestComplete>\Bin\ReportGenerator.exe (for the 32-bit tool version).

      Hi, we've got this error by installing with an local account who cann't connect to the license-server. Installing with an domain accont can help.
