Eroor Message

When I went to decode a VIN number earlier this week, I keep getting the following error message that I need assistance in resolving. Please note that I have tried to delete the project & re-load it, uninstalled SOAPUI 4.0.1 version and re-installed, I installed a more updated version SOAPUI 5.4.0; None of these actions worked. Below is the error message I am receiving:
