All file dialogs are empty

I can't save projects, open projects, save new workspaces etc... For example, when I chose "Import Project" a file dialog window opens. The drop down "Look in" is empty. Dropping it down only shows one blank line. Clicking the Up One Level or Home icon doesn't do anything.

Basicaly, I can't save / open projects. Every time I open SoapUI, I start with an blank slate.
