how to launch ready API without a project ?

Hello,

 

I have a problem with launching readyAPI on a computer I haven't used for a year. I updated readyAPI to 3.9.0 but when I launch it, it indicates "Missing REST Resource for Request". I guess it tries to open the project that was set before.

As I can't (and don't want) to go through my 600 requests I want to open SOAP UI without any project, then properly update my sources and load my project.

To do so I removed the readyapi_settings.xml file and other .db files from my user profile, but still I can't open readyAPI, it still requires replacement of missing resources.

Is there something else I could do ?

    Strange.
    This is the case with new users who start using the the for the first time. They dont have the settings file too.

    May be try this steps and see if it is useful.
    - open command window
    - go to readyapi_home/bin
    - run readyapi.bat and see what does it show on the command window. You may get some clues.
