data driven test when attributes are the same in message

I have an xml which has the attribute are the same message(see attachment).  I want to perform a datadriven test using excel or DB, how can I do this. Can someone help.

    Unclear question.
    By the way, the way you are using does not seem to be the good way.

    Instead of xml, you may save them into an xml file and refer the file here.
