Update the WADL. Is there a way to update the WADL.

Is there is a way in SoapUI (Ready API) to reload the new WADL? Right now the WADLs are changed by dev team, renamed some of the methods and added new methods and removed some methods.  I have all my test scripts written to the old WADL. but want to update the WADL and being able to use my scripts with new WADL. For some cases I see the Refresh button to the WADL but in my case I don't see the refresh button.

I have this questions in the older forums but could not find the solution and not sure if the feature is implemented in the Ready API.

I am using Ready API 1.2.2 presently.  Your response is greatly appreciated.

  • Hi,

In Ready! API 1.2.2, I can see the Recreate WADL button on the WADL Content tab:

    Do you see it?

Is there any prerequisite to have this feature ?

        Hi,

That's strange. Did you add your WADL via URI or is it stored on your HDD?

      Hi Guys,

As far as I remember, this feature was added in one of the latest Ready! API versions.

I'm using SoapUI 5.2.0. So I asume, that the Ready! API is only available within SoapUI NG Pro?

Thanks for your quick reply ;-)
