Unable to connect to terminal from Ready APi

Unable to connect to Terminal on macOS with commands ..

One of the functional test in ready API requires hitting Terminal with commands and opening files in termianl and getting response from terminal which will be feeding to Ready API for further action. 

Can you please assist on how to do
