Per review settings
Any change that I make in the display settings when reviewing (e.g. disable “Text: Show Markers” for document review or select “Orientation: Side by Side” for code review) will be gone when I go back to the overview screen. Please allow me to save my settings.3.9KViews7likes1CommentImproved filtering feature
The filtering feature of defects on the left (e.g. “Show/Hide conversations with fixed defects”) is implemented as “collapse” instead of “hide”. So this means the defects will still be in the list although collapsed. This is no problem if you have 5 defects but in large documents with 100 defects this is really annoying. Please don’t show hidden status at all.4.5KViews3likes2CommentsColoring scheme
The coloring scheme of the defect status does not help in getting a clear overview on where you are in the processing of defects. This is due the use of only bright colors that draws attention for everything; even for defects that are already processed (green). The defect list is a Christmas tree. I have seen a lot of complaints fromusers about the coloring scheme that Collaboraotuses for a long time so apparently there is a philosophy behind it. Please allow a user to configure his own coloring scheme (and save it permanently).5.2KViews7likes1Commentcustomizable mail notifications
I would like to receive emails from Collaboratortool as soon asreviewers: 1) Approve the review 2) Re-open a defect or add a new defect This allows me to react immediately and can improve my work efficiency. When I check the settings part I find OFF / MINIMAL / ALL, which apply to all reviews. I have about 10 reviews outstanding, all in different phases, so I would like to be able to enable the above per review. It must be possible to select this for all roles (any person involved in the review that is interested in this), but mostly for the Author.1.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Defects disappeared and review materials stuck on Loading...
an update: When I execute review-xml against a broken review (./ccollab admin review-xml 160578 --xpath //artifact) I got the error shown bellow, on the other reviews everything is okay. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Fatal Error] :3:27: XML document structures must start and end within the same entity. Hello, We are using collaborator v8.5.8502 and recently the defects withing one of the reviews dissapeared and the review materials section is stuck in "Loading...". Only one review is affected, the other are okay. I have checked the log files on the server but couldn't find anything suspicious, any ideas what could be the culprit? Thank you in advance.Solved2.5KViews0likes2Comments
