Load & security tests of SoapUI 5.3.0 Open Source also available in SoapUI NG Pro?

Hello,

 

I implemented some very basic functional, performance and security tests in SoapUI 5.3.0 Open Source in order to evaluate the product. Performance tests use strategies Simple and Burst, security tests use Cross Site Scripting. TestRunner, LoadTestRunner and SecurityTestRunner scripts were also compiled. Now I consider upgrading to SoapUI NG Pro.

 

Question: Will my load and security tests (including the *TestRunner scripts) also be available/functional in SoapUI NG Pro? Or would I have to upgrade to LoadUI NG Pro and Secure, additionally? In my opinion, SmartBear documentations are somewhat unclear in this respect.

    Hi Hans,

     

    As far as I know, SoapUI NG Pro allows you to use some basic LoadUI NG and Secure features. I think these are the ones you use in the OS version.
