Cannot view image files attached to expected/actual results

Hello community,  

I am trying to figure out why the image files attached in the expected/actual results to existing test cases, can no longer be viewed. When clicking on the image files, a request is sent with the file name modified to include .zip extension.

Eg, the error we get is: Could not find file 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\FileExchange\AttachTests22116-2105191632381-2020-09-01_13-55-21.jpg.zip', with “2020-09-01_13-55-21.jpg” being the  file name .

One of the testers noticed this issue only recently and we cannot pin-point to a date when it started therefore we don’t know what change or update would cause it.

Any tips or hints?
