Private node OVA disk size should be adjustable

the OVA is currently fixed at 300GB of disk.  For small deployments this wastes space if thin provisioning isn't available.

Also for VM Clusters that don't have 300GB available, one cannot deploy.

The small private nodes are documented to require only 100GB, but that is not currently possible.
