Help with scale filters to pull into a dasboard report?
How can i get filters created from test zephyr scale test cases and pull that data into a dashboard report?
Is there a way to use issues to filter out scale tickets?

Q1: You can't. But you can emulate those filters in the dashboard gadgets. The Custom Query option has the most filter criteria and that would be a good place to start.
Q2: Yes. The Custom Query option will display a Test Execution dropdown. Within that there are two options: Linked Issues - where you can limit results related to specific issues, or, Has Linked Issues - where you can limit results based on whether they have linked issues.
