The web page is not accessible

One another question is, when I start my web testing, step that after I clicked the link and pdf document page opens. At that point a warning message appears:

"The web page is not accessible. Firefox security settings prevent testcomplete from accesing the web page."

Is there any connection between this message and that the test complete can not check the property checks in the pdf document??

**But I've already check all the configuration in Firefox which the test complete need.
