That second error allows for reporting the failure to support and being contacted by them. Did you do that?
yes i did that one it exactly works as you said it creates dump and send the report to them to overcome that, but we did not get any reply from them.

yes i got
to resolve this we need to do two things:
1)click on view at the bottom there will be two options Desktop and toolbars.
2) click Desktop and click on Restore default docking, you will get one pop up ,click on yes then application will be refreshed with default docking.
3)same click on toolbars and click on restore default toolbar. you will get one pop up ,click on yes then application will be refreshed with default toolbars.
After doing this i am not facing this issue.
