Error: There was an attempt to perform an action on a zero-sized window.

We are running one of our tests and the test show the error - Error: There was an attempt to perform an action on a zero-sized window. I have attached the screenshot of the file.  We have never come...

I'm guessing the error is relating to "Update available" dialog obscuring the UI objects. It's best to disable these options in the browser so that it does not interfere during playback.

 

And supported version of Firefox is 99 and 100, in What's New in TestComplete 15.41

Thanks for the updates. See when we update the firefox it get updated to the latest version. We do it manually. We do not have choice to select the version 99 and and 100 when updating the firefox .

      If there is a problem with a new version of Firefox, some people may want to downgrade Firefox to a previous version but we do not recommend this. The latest Firefox version includes security updates so downgrading to an older version leaves you more vulnerable to attacks and usually doesn't fix the problem. This article gives you some alternatives to downgrading and links to older versions of Firefox if you do choose to downgrade.

        nisgupta Yes, it is up to you whether to do it or not, but the option is available if you want it.
