Does anyone know where the Low-Level Procedures Collection project item can be found that is referenced in the SmartBear documentation https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/testing-with/advanced/low-level-procedures/creating-and-recording.html
From this, you should be able to right-click on the project and choose Add -> New Item and find it in there.
