License deactivation and assigning SmartBear licenses to another user.

We have made changes here. We have hired a new QA Analyst who will be handling the SmartBear testing. I have deactivated the licenses on my system and we are now trying to activate the licenses for Travis Shrout (tshrout@worldtrips.com), but we are getting a cloned license message.

 

Can anyone help us work through the process.
