Communicating TCP/IP from Test Complete

How can we communicate  to  TCP/IP from test Test Complete?  Please advice by some programming example.(socket programming)

Our Scenario:

We are testing an application “A”. This application “A” is can
be operated either by direct user action (like clicking buttons thru
mouse)  or can be directed by commands
from another application say “B”. The communication between “A” and “B” is
happening through TCP/IP. Now we want Test Complete to give command to Application “A”
instead of application “B”. Please help me with some examples.

 Note: we don’t have Load Testing module
