Question about roles

Hi, we are on the starter pack and I had the following questions:

  • How many members can be added to the workspace? Do people need to be added as members to view shared docs?
  • We have a API doc page set to private mode that we share with users using the Share button? Is there a limit to how many we can share with as a viewer?

hanks for reaching out! To answer your question, there is not a limit on the number of members you can invite to your plan, you will just have to pay for the additional seats above 5. See our site for more details https://stoplight.io/pricing. If your projects are Public they are accessible to anyone, however if your project is Internal or Private users will need to be invited to your workspace to view the docs, see here for more details https://meta.stoplight.io/docs/platform/be67e532b4b2a-manage-project-access#project-visibility To invite someone to a Private project you can use the Share button. There is no limit to the number of users you can invite to a project.
