Tell me how work with this?

Ready Api 3.20.1 crashed with simple work (I added new TC step and tried to move it to another position within TC) and it is like this. Frozen like Anna.
Any solution please?
One works. Kill process and start over again. Yes it helps but it is not solution.

    ReadyAPI is currently on version 3.44.0. Can you update it or is there a specific reason you are on an older version? Also assuming you have met the system requirements and no other applications running.
