Released SoapUI 3.5 version returns XmlValueDisconnectedException

Hi, I get the following error randomly since upgrading to 3.5 (new install).  I get this most often when attempting to move test steps up or down or most recently when running the Run Testcase step...

yes, this should be fixed in the current nightly build available at http://www.eviware.com/nightly-builds.. please give it a go and let us know if the problem persists..
