Plugin Manager Issue

I am having odd issues with the plugin manager. When I click on the browse plugin repository it will only periodically work correctly and display any information. Other times it just hangs and loads nothing. When I click to install a plugin, it gives me an installation error. Also, when I try to load a plugin from file, I get the "message:com.eviware.soapui.plugins.MissingPluginClassException: No plugin class found" Regardless of the plugin file I use that came from the sourceforge website. Has anyone came across this issue and found some type of way to resolve it? I get the same results regardless of the version I use (Pro, Ready! API, Ect.)
