NTLM authentication

Question

I'm wondering if there is a way of a test/project inheriting NTLM credentials from the user who is running the ready api process - rather than setting up profiles that have passwords?

(We'd like to run our tests from an azure devops release pipeline, picking up the credentials of the service account executing the release).
