Creating a REST Mock in free version

How can I can I create a REST mock? I created a REST project, and then clicked on Generate Mock, but I'm not able to generate a New Mock Operation (No unique operations in mock project). I also can't change the port or set the response.

    What is the soapui version you are using?
    True rest mock service are only available from 5.0.0-beta
