Read current SCM Client settings from ccollab command options

Hi, I have setup the SCM configuration for TFS using Code collab GUI client. In my scenario i need to access the SCM configuration set in GUI client above using command line ccollab options ...

Please see this section of the manual for instructions on how to configure the Command Line Client:

When the client software is installed, the GUI and CLI clients are configured based on the values you entered while installing - but you can change those settings using either client.
