Exporting JIRA and Zephyr Field to get a complete view of test cases executions
When exporting from Zephyr into an Excel spreadsheet the only filed available are the Zephyr fields. Other JIRA filed associates with a test case like comments, description, attachment, etc. ... are not included. We need to do multiple exports from JIRA and Zephyr to get all the information we need, merge documents to get all we need in the report. Questions: is there a way to export the JIRA Field and the Zephyr Field together? Is there an add-on or apps that we can install, integrate and use that would solve the issue? Thanks for your help.
Use Excel to update test cases
Are these operations possible? If yes, could you let me know how? 1. Export test cases from Zephyr Squad to an Excel file. > I can do it from "Test cases". 2. Update the test case with Excel. > I can do it with Excel. 3. Import the updated Excel file to apply changes to the test cases on Zephyr Squad. > I don't know how to do this. For me, it's not very easy to edit the test cases directly onZephyr Squad. I know this has been asked more than I few times. I want to move all of the test cases and results from one Jira cloud project to another, preserving the linked data between the test cases and their execution results. Can it be done and is there an easy way to do it?
