I think the next step would be to upgrade to Selenium 3.0 and either use unittest or design your own Pyhon test framework for testing on Alertsite. Python is easy to pick up . It is also a very popular language . Thanks Douglas McGonegle Re: Make Dejaclick support Angular I have to walk this back. It works fine with Angular provided you don't have the global setting set to "Replay using Keystrokes" which if you comming from Selenium you might of thought you needed to do to get it to work with Angular. Unticking this and and re-recording everything works a treat. Only issue I have now is something they are planning for a future release. An Alpha only random string that can be sent for fields like last name. Unfortunatley with Angular can't fake it with jscript anymore. Make Dejaclick support Angular Currently when you try and record an Angular Web page in Dejaclick it is hit or miss. Dejaclick does not interact with the Angualr Element, it just clicks and sends keys. If you want to see the issues in action go to www.delta.com and record a flight search. Then play it back. Does not work well. Selenium is better suited for manuvering through Angular Journeys. Combine Dejaclick and SoapUI In Alertsite you have Soap Monitors that run independily testing endpoints and then Web monitors which run independently. I would like the ability to use and existing Soap Monitor as a data source from Dejaclick. In Dejaclick if we had the ablity to after logging in , see our existing soap monitors and choose the soap monitor we wanted. It would then give us a drop down list of objects that the soap monitor returns. We could pick the redirection URL as a variable and then use the variable for the url that we first open in Dejaclick to start the journey. Thanks, Douglas Upgrade the version of Chrome running on Selenium on Alertsite As we have Angular web pages running version 6 and 7 that was released in 2018 they do not work on the version of Chrome that launches with Selenium on Alertsite. When you launch Chrome in alertsite it uses version 49 of Chrome which was released in 2016. Using Dejaclick Chrome launches in version 74. Suggestion. Upgrade the version of Chrome that Selenium launches in Alertsite to version 74 or greater. Thanks, Douglas McGonegle
