Is it possible to edit the notification template content
HI Team, Please let us know whether it is possible to edit the content in the email notifications and whether the changed content reflects in the email notifications triggered to users. In the subject, example: List cancel notification template Subject : Review #${review.id}:cancelled Is it possible to add review title too in the Subject, i tried certain combinations. But it didn't work. Hi, Thanks for the response. We are already aware of the options suggested. Actually. the expectation is, Users should have access to Reviews and Groups. But, the users should only view the fields, participants and documents. But no changes can be made in these. So Could you please suggest any other solution apart from the Admin settings. Hi Team, There is a clarification needed in Timezone under User preferences. As we can see the default value set as Europe/Helsinki (GMT+0200). Is this field value changes according to time. Based on the current season, it should be (GMT +3) because Helsinki has now Summer Time so it should be GMT+3. We are also not able to find the value Europe/Berlin in the Drop-down. Hi Team, Please consider the below scenario: An Author A1, Reviewer R1 and a Reviewer R2 participate in a review. A1 uploads the document and sends the review to Inspection phase. R1 reviews and put some defects and sends the document to Rework, his participant's state is "Sent to Rework". Author re-uploads the new version of the document and sends again to Inspection phase. Reviewer R2 checks and fixes the defects and completes the review. R2 state is now "Approved" and R1 state is now "Sent to Rework". But the review is in completed stage. The Sent to Rework looks ambiguos in a completed review. Is this a defect???? Hi Yimy, Yes. No one is using now. Because it is the depreciated functionality now. We have been using it and users have requested to re-implement it if needed. so we need to check the users usage count of these links. So we were looking for this solution. Hi Team, We need a clarification for the participant status "Sent to Rework". Please find the below scenario, Three participants Author1, Reviewer1 and Reviewer2 participate in a review. Author1 uploads a document and moves the phase to Inspection state. Reviewer1 creates a defect and sends the review to Rework state, his status is "Sent to Rework" Reviewer2 fixes the defect that is created by Reviewer1, his status changed to approved. The review moved to completed state by Reviewer2. The status of the reviewer1 is still sent to rework. Is it correct what is the purpose of the sent to rework state in participants section.
