Installer of LoadComplete 4.6 Missing in My Products
Hi Smartbear Community, We would like to upgrade our tool version from LoadComplete 3.20 to LoadComplete 4.6 however, we couldn't find its installer in My Products page (my.smartbear.com). Only installers of the previous LoadComplete versions can be found. We checked My Subscriptions page and there, we foundMaintenance Subscription Renewal for LoadComplete v.4 although no link to the installer was provided. We attached screenshots of the two pages, My Products and My Subscriptions, for your reference. I would like to send my thank yous in advance to whoever will assist us on this matter. Hi Alex! I've spent some time looking for answers too. trying to derive its meaning from the summary reports generated by the tool but still I find it confusing. I greatly appreciate your effort! I hope we find its clear definition one of these days. Thank you!2.7KViews0likes0CommentsClear Explanation of Scenario Completion Time
Hi! Can somebody please explain to me what Scenario Completion Time really means? In the Glossary, it was stated that it is"The time interval between the first byte of the first request belonging to the scenario and the current moment of the test run. You can view this metric in the Scenario Completion Time section of the Response Time tabbed page after the test run is over." What do they mean by "current moment of the test run". I find this vague. Sending my appreciation in advance to whoever will help me with this. Thank you!2.7KViews0likes2CommentsConcern About Same Maximum/Minimum/Average Scenario Completion Time
Hi Smartbear Community, I have a concern about the scenario completion time that LoadComplete 3 is currently generating during our previous performance activities in one website. Our concern is that the maximum, minimum, and average completion times are always the same in each of our 4 test runs. We simulated 10, 20, 30, and 40 virtual users in the said test runs. We've attached a screen capture of the four reports for your reference, as well as our project file..In our other projects, scenario completion time is not like that. What could be the possible reason why the scenario completion times are always the same? Is that an issue? If so, how can we resolve it? Thank you in advance!
