Re: Deactivate soapui pro license silently
Well, there is a command line utility toActivate/Deactivate a license on a headless machines. For more details, see https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/general-info/licensing/headless/index.html Activating a license can be done in silent mode but not deactivating a license. I believedeactivating a license in silent mode wasn't provided intentionally.6 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.2KViews1like1CommentDeactivate soapui pro license silently
Much like silent installation of a license for SoapUI pro, i couldn't see silent deactivate ofthe license option in ready-api-license-manager. Does anyone know of an option to do so? Or Could it have been left out intentionally by SmartBear?:smileyfrustrated: Appreciate your time /Mohan1.7KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Uninstall/Deactivate license on unix machine so i can use it on different machine
Finally, deactivating a license on headless Linux machine is now possible. Follow the instructions fromhttp://readyapi.smartbear.com/about/licenses/headless/deactivate8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions3.4KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Specify/setup Groovy Scripts location when executing the SOAPUI project using testrunner.sh
Looks like "soapui-settings.xml" will be created under home directory of the current user when ReadyAPI UI is launched. I installed ReadyAPIon headless Linux machine and never launched UI as my VM didn't have X-windows installed. soapui-settings.xml contains the preferences( Ex: path of the script library ). So withoutsoapui-settings.xml executing theSOAPUI project that contains groovy script via testrunner.sh will fail. Solution is either install Ready API and editthesoapui-settings.xml with the respective paths and use it on head less machine OR launch the ReadyAPI at least one time before executing the tests from testrunner.sh Script location can be changed in thesoapui-settings.xml to point to the desired location ( its same as in the UI)8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.7KViews0likes0CommentsSpecify/setup Groovy Scripts location when executing the SOAPUI project using testrunner.sh
Hello - I would like to executesoap-ui projects from command line using testrunner.sh. On UI, under preferences, there is an option to specify script library location for use in the test cases. How do i specify or setup ReadyAPI to look for the script at a desired location while executing a SOAPUI project from command line using testrunner.sh ? I am usingReadyAPI 1.7.0 Attached the preferences UI with script library option Appreciate any knowledge from experts thanks, /MohanSolved8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.8KViews0likes2CommentsUninstall/Deactivate license on unix machine so i can use it on different machine
Hello Community- I have installed ReadyAPI-1.4.1 on a Linux machine, installed and activated the license fromcommand line. I would like to uninstall/deactive the license so i can use it on different machine now. What are the options i have and how can i unistall/deactive the license?. I couldn't find the argument to uninstall on ~/SmartBear/ReadyAPI-1.4.1/bin/testrunner.sh which i used for installing the license. Any help is really appreciated Best, /MohanSolved9 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions3.6KViews0likes7CommentsRunning multiple projects from command line and get the consolidated report of all executed projects
Hello - I have been digging around the documentation etc and i see that only one soapui project can be executed using testrunner.bat/.sh at a time and hence generates only one report. Not that problem is running individual project but each porject creates a one report. Running multiple projects individually and having multiple report folders will be a mess. It would be greate if there is a way to create/consolidate the reports so all the executed projects results can be viewed at onle place instead of drilling down to each execution report of the each project. Anybody having same issue? any alternatives? I strongly believe smartbear should support executing multiple projects and creating a consolidated report in one shot, if its not supported already Appreciate any insights Best, /MohanSolved9 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions4.6KViews0likes2Comments
