Re: What's the best way to run tests within Bamboo (Continuous integration)?
Hi Tania, Thanks for trying to help me. I implemented a solution to solve this problem: - As I had an ANT task to call my Testcomplete project, I created a java project (using JUnit) to run it; - So I added an "assert" to verify the execution's return; - In Bamboo, I created a task to run this java project (an ant task) This way, when any test fails the application build is not completed (that's what I wanted). This solution has a lot to improve. But it's working well.2.5KViews3likes0CommentsWhat's the best way to run tests within Bamboo (Continuous integration)?
I added a new ANT Task to our plan and it is working fine. The problem is that Bamboo looks for test output in JUnit XML format. I think there are three ways to solve it: Is there other task I could use instead of an ANT task? Is there any way to save results (test results) in JUnit XML format? Does anyone have an environment like this?10KViews0likes3CommentsFlashInjector does not recognize flex components
I'm trying to record some tests with a flex project but I'm getting the error in the attach image (erro TestComplete.jpg). In my object browser the components are not recognized as flex objects (object browser.png). I have done this following configurations: 1- Downloaded the flash debuger (http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/11/flashplayer_11_ax_debug_32bit.exe) 2 - I'm trying using the both version of Internet Explorer 9 - 32 and 64 bits; 3 - I've configured the mm.cfg to use the preloader (PreloadSwf=C:\Program Files (x86)\Automated QA\TestComplete 8\Open Apps\Flex\FlashInjector.swf) 4 - Added the full path (... open apps/flex) in the flex security What am I doing wrong?7.4KViews0likes1Comment
