Defect creation and deletion permissions
[ I posted this before to the wrong forum, so I'm reposting here. ] When I create a defect in a review, I've noticed that any other reviewer seems to be able to mark the defect as complete or even delete the defect. Is there a way to control permissions so that only the creator of the defect (or presumably the administrator) is allowed to modify the defect state ?8.9KViews0likes3CommentsDefect creation and deletion permissions

Thanks for the suggestions. Some more thoughts. I can create a review, add myself as a reviewer, and also add one or two other key reviewers. The review stays open until I close it off (since I'm a reviewer too). (Sigh ... since I can't be both author and reviewer, it complains. Apparently I can't be both. I continue.) Then I can simply email the URL for the review to the mailing list. Others can follow the link to see the review. They will not be participants. They can add comments. They can't add defects. Is there a way they can add and track defects ?1.8KViews0likes0CommentsGroups of particpants (observers or reviewers)
Usually I have to select each participant from a drop-down. In one of our more collaborative environments, there are many participants (say 20). Is there a way that I can avoid having to select all 20 participants each and every time ? I suspect what I want to do is to easily select all 20 as observers, and then pick a few as reviewers. Is there a way to do this ?10KViews0likes2Comments
