Not able to Login with licensed User Name and password in TestComplete
Hi, Thank for sharing the solution (Case #00538840 ), it was worked but once we close the application, we are facing the same issue, again we need to run the command, to open the application. Issue: After closing the application, if we double click on the application it's not opening instead it is asking for enter license key option as shown in the Screnshot1 If we click on the profile link, it’s not showing my mail id, I am attaching the screenshot for the same please investigate screenshot2 for your reference. If I click on the link logout it’s not opening the Login page to enter mail id and Password, Directly it is asking for options to enter the license key for activation. From last three months I am using TestComplete in this machine and I also have a active floating License, due to some problem I have re-installed the OS. Now I installed TestComplete from "https://manage.smartbear.com" and when I tried to open the Application, I am unable to open the application and getting following options and the same screenshot I have attached for your reference to activate the license.
