Zephyr Cycle need to be used by three testers for each jira card tested how do it set it up

For development approval on each jira card it is to be approved by 3 different developers testing. If i have a cycle related to the card can each developer run the cycle separately so that three passes appear. Basically without cloning how can this be done. This is fast moving for each development card in Jira. Please tell me there is a way to use the cycle of tests for the individual card in this way
